Shenzhen Kangyou Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," registered address: Room 301, Block A, Building 2, Shenzhen Bay Innovation Technology Center, No. 3156 Keyuan South Road, High-tech Zone Community, Yuehai Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen) respects and protects the personal privacy and information security of all users (hereinafter referred to as "you") who use the OKOK App and subsequent application platform services owned or operated by us. In addition to the OKOK Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, we will also help you further understand how we collect, use, store, and share the personal information of your child (the terms "child" and "children" in these guidelines refer to minors under the age of 14) through these Guidelines for the Protection of Children's Personal Information (the "Guidelines"). Before accessing and using the baby profile-related features we provide, please read these Guidelines carefully and thoroughly, paying special attention to the terms highlighted in bold. Only after fully understanding and agreeing to these Guidelines should you proceed to use our services.

These Guidelines apply to our online activities involving the collection, use, and processing of personal information of children under the age of 14 within the People's Republic of China. For information regarding the processing of personal information of you and minors aged 14 and above, please refer to the OKOK Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions of terms and abbreviations used in these Guidelines have the same meanings as those in the OKOK Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency between these Guidelines and the OKOK Privacy Policy, these Guidelines shall prevail. For matters not mentioned in these Guidelines, the OKOK Privacy Policy shall apply by reference.

If we become aware that your child is under the age of 14, we will take special measures in accordance with these Guidelines to protect the personal information of your child that we obtain. Please help us protect your child's personal information and privacy security. You must read these Guidelines and the OKOK Privacy Policy carefully and only use our related services or submit your child's personal information after fully understanding and confirming your consent. If you do not agree to the content of these Guidelines, it may result in our products and services not functioning properly or failing to achieve the intended service effects. You should immediately stop using the related services. By clicking to agree to these Guidelines, or by using/continuing to use the related services and submitting personal information, you indicate your consent to our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your child's personal information in accordance with these Guidelines (including updated versions). If you do not agree to the content of these Guidelines, please immediately stop accessing/using the related services.

1. How We Collect and Use Children's Personal Information

Please note: Children's personal information is considered sensitive personal information. Please provide children's sensitive personal information cautiously and with care. Guardians agree that we may collect and process children's related sensitive personal information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in these Guidelines.

In the process of you using our services, we will strictly fulfill the responsibilities and obligations for the protection of children's personal information as required by laws and regulations, adhering to the principles of legitimacy, necessity, informed consent, purpose clarity, security assurance, and lawful utilization. We will collect and use children's personal information only after obtaining your consent.

We will only collect the personal information about your child that you voluntarily provide, for the purpose of providing and optimizing our services and ensuring the security of your account. For details about the personal information of your child that we may collect and how it is used, please refer to the "How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" section of the OKOK Privacy Policy. If we need to collect and use children's personal information beyond the above scope, we will seek your consent again.

2. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Children's Personal Information

We will strictly limit the circumstances under which children's personal information is shared, transferred, or disclosed, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

(1) Sharing

Without your consent, we generally will not share the children's personal information you provide with any third party other than you, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

If new features we develop in the future require sharing the children's personal information you provide with a third party to function, we will obtain your authorization and consent in advance and share the information within the scope permitted by laws and regulations and with your consent. Additionally, we will conduct third-party security assessments and employ encryption, anonymization, and de-identification measures to protect the information security of you and your child.

(2) Transfer

1. As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and children's personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will conduct security assessments and require the new holder of the children's personal information to continue to be bound by these Guidelines. Otherwise, we will require the new company or organization to seek authorization and consent from the guardian again.

2. After obtaining the guardian's consent, we may transfer children's personal information to other parties.

(3) Disclosure

Unless required by laws or administrative regulations or permitted by agreement with you, we will not disclose children's personal information.

(4) We may share, transfer, or disclose anonymized information. Such information, after processing, contains no identifiable content and cannot be linked to the information subject. This does not constitute the sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require additional notification to or consent from the guardian.

3. How We Store and Protect Children's Personal Information

(1) Storage

In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will store the personal information of your child collected within the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China and keep such information strictly confidential as required by law.

Generally, we will only store your child's personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or under conditions stipulated by laws and regulations. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will not store children's personal information beyond the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which the product and/or service collected and used the information.

After the necessary storage period expires or the storage period required by laws, regulations, or supervisory provisions expires, we will promptly delete or anonymize the children's personal information you provided, as required by laws and regulations.

(2) Protection

We will adopt encryption and other technologies to enhance the protection of children's personal information. You can view specific details in the "How We Protect Your Personal Information" section of the OKOK Privacy Policy. At the same time, for children's personal information, we will strictly set access permissions internally, apply the principle of least authority to staff who may have access to minors' personal information, and take necessary security measures to record and control staff handling of children's personal information to prevent illegal copying or downloading of children's personal information.

In the event that our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other means and promptly delete or anonymize the children's personal information you provided after operations cease, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

4. How You Can Manage Children's Personal Information

(1) Access

You can independently query and access the children's personal information you provided through our products and/or services. Specifically:

If you are unable to access the children's personal information through the above methods, you can contact us using the methods provided in Section 6 of these Guidelines. We will respond to your request promptly after verification, generally within 15 days.

(2) Correction

If you find errors in the minors' personal information that we collect, store, use, or disclose, you can contact us using the methods provided in Section 6 of these Guidelines to request modification/correction. We will take measures to correct/modify the information promptly after verification.

(3) Right to Deletion

Under the following circumstances, you can request the deletion of children's personal information by contacting us using the methods provided in Section 6 of these Guidelines. We will take measures to delete the information promptly after verification:

1. You find that we have collected, stored, used, transferred, or disclosed the children's personal information you provided in violation of legal regulations or our agreement with you.

2. We have collected, stored, used, transferred, or disclosed minors' personal information beyond the intended purpose or necessary period.

3. You withdraw your consent.

4. You terminate the use of children-related products and/or services.

5. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

If you deactivate your OKOK account, after the deactivation is completed, we will proactively and promptly delete the collected children's personal information and your other personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

5. Updates and Applicability of These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. When the terms of these Guidelines change, we will notify you of the updated Guidelines through announcements, system notifications, or other means during version updates. Please read the updated content carefully. Your continued use of OKOK platform products and/or services indicates your agreement to our collection, processing, or use of the children's personal information you provided in accordance with the updated Guidelines.

Please understand that for matters not covered in these Guidelines, the OKOK Privacy Policy shall apply by reference.

In cases where these Guidelines apply, if there is any inconsistency between these Guidelines and the OKOK Privacy Policy, these Guidelines shall prevail.
