Introduction
Shenzhen Kangyou Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "OKOK App" or "we") takes your personal information very seriously and ensures you maintain control over it. We utilize robust encryption technologies to protect your privacy and implement strict policies to govern all data. Before accessing the OKOK App or using our services, you must agree to the provisions in this policy regarding how we collect, use, store, and share your related information. If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please immediately cease using or accessing our products and services. We fully understand the importance of your user information to you and will make every effort to ensure the security and reliability of your user information. We are committed to maintaining your trust and will adhere to the following principles to protect your user information: the principle of user rights, the principle of purpose specification, the principle of informed consent, the principle of data minimization, the principle of security assurance, the principle of subject participation, and the principle of openness and transparency, among others. At the same time, we undertake to implement corresponding security protection measures in accordance with mature industry security standards to protect your user information. Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our products (or services).
I. How we collect and use your personal information
When providing services, we will collect and use your personal information based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, transparency, and data minimization, and for the purposes described in this policy.
1. Functional Services
1.1 Account Registration and Login
1.1.1 When you register or log in to the OKOK App, you can create an account using your email address. This information is collected to help you complete the registration process. You are also required to provide other personal information: height, weight, age, and gender, which are used to calculate your BMI and calorie consumption. If you also own a body fat scale product, this information will also be used to calculate related body metrics, such as BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water, body type, visceral fat, body fat index, degree of obesity, basal metabolic rate, fat weight, protein mass, bone mass, body age, and fat-free body weight. If you wish to fully utilize the various sharing features we provide, you need to create a publicly displayed profile, which may include your nickname and photo (optional).
1.1.2. You may also log in and use the OKOK App using a third-party account (including: Google account, Apple account). You will authorize us to obtain your public information registered on the third-party platform (profile picture, nickname) to bind it with your OKOK App account, enabling you to log in directly and use this product and its related services.
1.2 Device Information
We will receive and record information about the device you use (such as device name, device model, device identifiers (including IDFA, Android_ID, MAC, OAID, Advertising ID, Serial Number, UAID, ICCID, Hardware Serial Number UUID, IDFA), list of mobile applications, operating system and application versions, language settings, unique device identifier, carrier network type, and other software and hardware characteristics) based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and/or use. This information is used for device analysis, to help users resolve issues, and to provide a better user experience. Device information may also be used for OKOK App push services to evaluate advertising effectiveness and to send you notifications about software updates or new product releases from OKOK App. It is also used for internal purposes, such as: data analysis, and research and development of statistical information related to the use of our products or services, to better improve our products and services.
1.3 Log Information
When you use the products or services provided by our client or website, we automatically collect detailed information about your usage of our services, which is saved as network logs. This includes, for example, your search queries, browser type, browsing history, order information, IP address, and access date and time.
1.4 Location Information
When you use location-related services, we may record the location information of your device to provide you with the relevant services. While you are using the services, we may obtain your geographical location information via methods such as IP address, GPS, WiFi, or cell towers. You may grant us permission to access your weight records by allowing us to read them; simultaneously, you can revoke this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. Once you revoke this authorization, we will cease collecting this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; however, unless you have deleted your information in accordance with legal provisions, your revocation will not affect our processing or storage of information based on your prior authorization.
1.5 Network Information
Information about the mobile applications (apps) and other software you have used, as well as information about your usage of those mobile apps and software. Information (metadata) contained in content you share through our services, the IP address used by the app when accessing the network, and WiFi information (SSID, BSSID, WIFI list).
1.6 Images and Similar Data from Your Device
With your authorization, our client will encrypt and upload images you actively upload to our servers for storage; it may also extract software names and version numbers from your device and upload them via encryption to our servers for processing and storage. You can also refuse/revoke this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. Refusing to grant this permission will only prevent you from using the aforementioned features, but it will not affect the normal use of other features and services of the OKOK App. However, once you revoke this authorization, we will cease collecting this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; unless you have deleted your information in accordance with legal provisions, your revocation will not affect our storage or processing of information based on your prior authorization.
1.7 Camera Information
With your authorization, our client may access your mobile phone's camera information when you use the photo-taking function to upload images, videos, and other content. If you choose not to grant the permission or provide the content, you will only be unable to use that specific feature, while all other feature of the OKOK App will remain fully available for your normal use. Simultaneously, you can also revoke this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. Once you revoke this authorization, we will cease collecting this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; however, unless you have deleted your information in accordance with legal provisions, your revocation will not affect our processing or storage of information based on your prior authorization.
1.8 Bluetooth
If you already have related hardware devices (including smart devices such as smart nutrition scales, body fat scales, etc.) and wish to synchronize information recorded by the hardware product (including, but not limited to, weight, body fat percentage, and other personal information and personal body data you have agreed to upload) to the OKOK App, you can do so by enabling the Bluetooth function. If you choose not to enable it, you will only be unable to use the related features of that device, while all other functionalities of the OKOK App will remain fully available for your normal use. Simultaneously, you can also revoke this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. However, once you revoke this authorization, we will cease collecting this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; but unless you have deleted your information in accordance with legal provisions, your revocation will not affect our processing or storage of information based on your prior authorization.
1.9 Calendar
When you choose to use the Water Reminder function or the Medicine Cabinet Assistant function in the OKOK App, we will access your device's calendar-related permissions to store and delete your reminders within your device's calendar. If you choose not to grant the permission, you will only be unable to use that specific feature, while all other features of the OKOK App will remain fully available for your normal use. You can also revoke this permission at any time through the relevant function settings. However, once you revoke this authorization, we will cease collecting this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; but unless you have deleted your information in accordance with legal provisions, your revocation will not affect our processing or storage of information based on your prior authorization.
2. Permission Requests and Usage Details
To enable certain business functions, we may require you to grant additional access permissions on your device. Your activation of any permission constitutes your authorization for us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Conversely, disabling any permission constitutes a revocation of that authorization; we will no longer collect or use the relevant personal information based on that permission and will be unable to provide you with the service associated with it. However, your decision to disable a permission will not affect the information collection and usage that was previously conducted based on your authorization. 3. Non-Personal Information
We may also collect other information that cannot identify a specific individual and, under applicable local laws, is not considered personal information. This includes statistical data generated from your use of specific services, such as anonymous device-related information, daily active events, page view events, page duration events, session events; network monitoring data such as request duration, request and error request data; as well as application crash events; and device-related information (e.g., device name, device model, operating system and application version, language settings, unique device identifier, carrier network type, and other software and hardware characteristics). The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the services we provide to you and to understand which parts of our website, products, or services customers are interested in. The categories and specifics of the information collected depend on how you use our products or services. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aggregated data is considered non-personal information.
4. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
(1) Where it is related to national security or national defense security;
(2) Where it is related to public security, public health, or significant public interests;
(3) Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;
(4) Where it is necessary for safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
(5) Where the personal information collected has been voluntarily disclosed by you to the public;
(6) Where the personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.;
(7) Where it is necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as for discovering and handling product or service failures;
(8) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
5. Our Commitments
1. We will not display advertisements to you based on sensitive categories (such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or health status).
2. We will not share information that can be used to identify you personally, such as your name or email address, with advertisers (unless authorized by your consent).
3. We will only use the information obtained under this agreement within the limits permitted by law and will not transmit or share your personal information with any third party without due legal process. We will establish strict policies to protect your personal information. Unless prior authorization is obtained from you or otherwise stipulated in this statement, we will not disclose or provide such information of yours to the public or to third parties.
4. Third-party services within OKOK App services are provided by external third-party entities. OKOK App cannot access the information generated during your use of such third-party services. However, if you have expressly consented for that third party to obtain your geographical location information, the third party will obtain the geographical location information of your terminal via the OKOK App interface. This information is sensitive. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the aforementioned third-party services, but it will not affect your normal use of OKOK App's features.
Please understand that the features and services we provide to you are constantly being updated and developed. If a function or service not mentioned in the preceding explanations collects your information, we will separately inform you about the content, scope, and purpose of the information collection through methods such as page prompts, interactive processes, or website announcements, in order to obtain your consent.
If the personal information processing activities required for OKOK App's business operations exceed the scope of the OKOK consent you originally provided when giving personal information to a third party, we will obtain your express consent before processing such personal information of yours. Furthermore, we will strictly comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and require the third party to ensure the legality of the information it provides.
5. Unless we obtain your separate consent, we will not provide your personal information to anyone.
II. How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
1. Entrusting the Processing of Your Personal Information
To improve efficiency and reduce costs, we may entrust our affiliates to process information on our behalf. For example, we may engage our affiliates to provide us with infrastructure technical services and customer support services. For the companies, organizations, and individuals we entrust to process personal information, we will, through written agreements and on-site audits, require them to adhere to strict confidentiality obligations and implement effective confidentiality measures. We will require them to process your information only within the scope of the entrusted purpose and not to use your information for their own benefit. We will also supervise the personal information processing activities of these entrusted parties. If the entrustment contract becomes ineffective, invalid, revoked, or terminated, we will require the entrusted party to return or delete the personal information and not retain it. Our entrusted parties include:
1.1 Authorized Partners for In-App Push Services: Push service partners may use SDKs (Software Development Kits) (including, for detailed list, see the Third-Party SDK Service List) within our provided services. They may access information such as your system language, network type, IP address, photo library, device information, external storage status, last known geographical location information, network location information, continuous location, WiFi information, and list of installed applications, but they will not collect your personally identifiable information. This information is used to create internal user identifiers to help us perform more accurate information push services, avoid duplicate message deliveries, and prevent information disturbance to you.
1.2 Authorized Partners for Statistical Services: Statistical service partners may use SDKs (Software Development Kits) (including Umeng Statistics) within our provided services. They may access information such as your network type, WiFi information, IDFA, IDFV, but they will not collect your personally identifiable information. This information is used to help us analyze the usage of product features, to better improve our products and/or services, and enhance your user experience.
2. Sharing
Apart from the personal information we actively collect, the text you post, photos you upload via the OKOK App, and information uploaded during your use of social networking services are stored by us as data on servers. In accordance with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, and other laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, we will not collect this information of yours for other commercial purposes or share it. However, when it complies with relevant national laws, regulations, policy requirements, or the requirements of relevant national departments, we will use this information of yours within the limits permitted by law. For example, we may search and screen this information for content that does not comply with laws and regulations, violates public order and good customs, etc., and submit information suspected of violating relevant laws and regulations to relevant national departments.
Please carefully consider the content of information you upload, post, and communicate through our services. In some cases, you can control the scope of users who have the right to view your shared information through the privacy settings of certain services we provide. You can delete the information you upload, post, or share on your own. If you request us to delete your related information, please contact us by sending an email to okokprivacy@chipsea.com and state your request. We will complete verification and processing within 15 working days after receipt.
We will not provide your personal information to other personal information processors. In the following circumstances, should we need to provide your personal information to other third-party personal information processors, we will inform you via pop-up windows or additional notifications about the name or names of the recipient(s) involved in the specific scenario, their contact information, the purpose and method of processing, and the types of personal information, and will obtain your separate consent. Currently, our authorized partners mainly include the following types:
2.1 Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers and Business Partners
To ensure the provision of services described in this Privacy Policy, we will share necessary personal information with third-party service providers and business partners.
This includes our data centers, data storage facilities, e-commerce technical service providers, customer service suppliers, and other business partners. These third parties may process your personal information on behalf of OKOK App or for one or more of the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. We guarantee to share only the personal information necessary to provide you with services, for proper, legal, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. OKOK App will conduct due diligence and enter into contracts to ensure that third-party service providers comply with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Third-party service providers may also have their own sub-processors.
Regarding the integration of third-party services, we will integrate the following third-party SDK services and will explicitly collect and use your information only after obtaining your authorization and consent. We will share certain information we collect about you in accordance with this policy with these third-party service providers to improve customer service and user experience.

3. Transfer
If we need to transfer personal information due to reasons such as merger, division, dissolution, or declaration of bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient and require the recipient to continue fulfilling the obligations of a personal information processor. Should the recipient change the original purpose or method of processing, we will require them to obtain your consent anew.
4. Public Disclosure
We will not proactively disclose your personal information unless we obtain your separate consent or when relevant government departments apply for access in accordance with the laws and regulations effective at that time.
III. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
OKOK App is a global platform. To provide you with services, your personal information may be transferred to or accessed from the countries or regions where our engineering, technical, and other support teams are located, including transfer to countries or regions that may not have data protection laws similar to those in your country of residence. We may transfer your personal information to our primary data center located within the People's Republic of China, as well as to our other data centers or a local data center in your country or region (if applicable). For example, if your usage region is Russia, your data will be stored in a data center located in the Russian Federation. However, regardless of where your personal information is stored or processed, we will protect it in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. We will transfer personal information overseas in compliance with the relevant requirements of applicable laws and regulations concerning cross-border data transfer (including, but not limited to, standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions), fulfill the legal obligations related to the cross-border transfer of personal information, and ensure the security of your personal information and safeguard your legal rights and interests regarding your personal information.
IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information
1. We strive to provide safeguards for the security of user information to prevent its leakage, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, etc. We employ multi-faceted security protection measures to ensure that the protection of users' personal information is maintained at a reasonable security level. This includes technical protection means, management system controls, security system safeguards, and many other aspects. Simultaneously, we will conduct Personal Information Protection Impact Assessments as required by regulations.
2. To protect the security of your personal information, we endeavor to implement various security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information and minimize the risk of loss, destruction, misuse, leakage, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and alteration of your personal information. We will utilize various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to ensure information security, including: (1) Using encryption technologies (e.g., TLS), anonymization, and other methods to ensure the privacy of your data during transmission; (2) Providing multiple security features to assist you in protecting your own account security; (3) Reviewing our practices regarding the collection, storage, and processing of information (including physical security measures) to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing our systems; (4) Requiring all OKOK employees, contractors, and agents who must access personal information in the course of providing services to adhere to strict confidentiality obligations stipulated in their contracts, otherwise they may face disciplinary action or termination of contract; (5) Establishing data classification and grading systems, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications to regulate the storage and use of personal information, ensuring that we do not collect personal information unrelated to the services we provide.
3. Your account has security protection features. Please keep your account and password information secure. OKOK will employ security measures such as backing up data to other servers and encrypting user passwords to ensure your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite having taken the reasonable and effective measures mentioned above and complying with the standards required by relevant legal regulations, please understand that due to technological limitations and the potential for various malicious methods, in the internet industry, even with our best efforts to strengthen security measures, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security of information at all times. We will do our utmost to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us. You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience issues due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, to prevent security incidents, we have established appropriate early warning mechanisms and contingency plans in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. If a security incident does occur, we will promptly inform you of the relevant situation via methods such as email, phone, or push notification. When it is difficult to notify each affected individual personally, we will make an announcement through reasonable and effective means. Simultaneously, we will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required, and cooperate closely with government agencies in their work. We also strongly advise you to pay full attention to the protection of personal information while using the products and services, and take proactive measures to protect the security of personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing personal information such as your account password to others. We also provide multiple security features to assist you in protecting the security of your own personal information.
4. We have obtained the system filing certificate for the Information Security Level Protection Management Measures and employ industry-leading technical protection measures. The technical means we use include, but are not limited to, network firewalls, encryption (TLS), de-identification or anonymization processing, access control measures, and host network isolation. Furthermore, we will continuously enhance the security capabilities of the software installed on your device. We will perform partial information encryption locally on your device to reinforce secure transmission.
5. We strictly limit the scope of personnel who have access to information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and undergo audits. Personnel who violate these obligations will be penalized according to regulations. We also review this management system, processes, and organization to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing, using, or disclosing user information. We advise you to pay full attention to the protection of personal information when using the products and services. We also provide multiple security features to assist you in protecting the security of your own personal information.
6. What Can You Do?
You can help by not disclosing your login password or account information to anyone (unless that person is formally authorized by you). You can set a unique password for OKOK App to prevent password leaks from other websites from compromising the security of your OKOK App account. At all times, please do not disclose verification codes you receive to anyone (including individuals claiming to be OKOK App customer service representatives). Whenever you log in to OKOK App as an OKOK App account user, especially when logging in on someone else's computer, mobile phone, or a public internet terminal, you should always log out at the end of your session. OKOK App is not responsible for security lapses resulting from your failure to maintain the privacy of your personal information, which leads to third-party access to your personal information. Notwithstanding the above, if any other internet user gains unauthorized access to your account or if any other security vulnerability occurs, you should notify us immediately. Your cooperation will assist us in protecting the privacy of your personal information.
V. Your Personal Data Subject Rights
We highly value your management of personal information and make every effort to safeguard your rights to access, update, modify, export, delete, and withdraw consent regarding your personal information. This empowers you to fully maintain your privacy and the security of your personal information.
1. When using our products and services, you are required to provide your genuine personal information. 3. You can delete your content or personal information from your OKOK account on your own, or request us to delete or modify information. For example, if you wish to delete your personal account, you can contact us by sending an email to okokprivacy@chipsea.com with your request. We will contact you and complete verification and processing within 15 working days after receipt.
4. In some circumstances, we may retain data for a limited period for legal purposes or legitimate business needs. We strive to ensure that OKOK's services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Therefore, we may delete its copies from our active and backup systems within 15 working days if you delete certain content.
5. Service or Account Deletion
If you wish to delete a specific product or service, you can delete your account via "Me" -> "Settings" at the bottom -> "My Account" -> "Delete Account". Once your account is deleted, we will delete your personal information.
Regarding the OKOK App account, since deleting your OKOK App account will prevent you from using all OKOK App products or services, please proceed with caution.
6. Responding to Your Requests
To ensure security, we will process your requests in a timely manner after verifying your identity. For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. For requests that require excessive technical means (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical, we may refuse them.
VI. Third-Party Service Providers
1. For your convenience and to enrich your experience, there may be products or services provided by third parties. You can choose whether to access such content or links, or whether to use that third party's products or services. However, we have no control over the products or services provided by third parties. We cannot control any of your personal information held by third parties. The protection of your information during your use of third-party products or services is not governed by this policy. This policy also does not apply to any information you choose to provide directly to a third party. Please review the privacy protection policy of that third party.

To Ensure the Secure and Efficient Operation of Products and Services: We may set authentication and security-enhancing cookies or anonymous identifiers to confirm whether you are securely logged into the service or encountering illegal activities such as theft or fraud. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency and enhance login and response speeds.
2. To Help You Achieve a Smoother Access Experience: Using such technologies can help you avoid the steps and processes of repeatedly filling in personal information or entering search content, for example, by enabling a one-click login process and recording search history.
3. Log Files: Like most websites, we collect specific information and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not link automatically collected log data with other information we collect.
4. Mobile Analytics: In some mobile applications, we use mobile analytics software to better understand how our mobile software functions on your phone. This software may record information such as how frequently you use the application, events that occur within the application, aggregate usage, performance data, and the location where application crashes occur. We do not link the information stored in the analytics software with any personal information you submit within the mobile application.
5. Local Storage - HTML5/Flash: We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on OKOK App or to display advertising based on your browsing activity may also use HTML5 or Flash cookies to collect and store relevant information. Various browsers provide their own management tools for deleting HTML5 local storage objects.
VIII. How We Handle Minors' Personal Information
We fully understand the importance of protecting minors' information. We provide services only to adults who have reached the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect any personal information from minors. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to create their own OKOK health account. If you are a minor, please immediately cease your registration/use activities. We assume no responsibility for any failure to comply with this requirement.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to take appropriate measures to prevent minors under the age of 18 from using this application.
Regarding your use of family member-related functions, we will only collect minors' personal information that you, as a parent or guardian, proactively provide. We will not collect minors' personal information beyond what you actively provide. For minors' personal information, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the consent of the guardian, or when necessary for the protection of the minor. If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal information without prior consent, we will strive to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities, we only store minors' personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy and for the shortest duration required. If we terminate service or operations, we will promptly cease collecting minors' personal information, while also complying with relevant legal and regulatory requirements to notify you in advance. After termination of service or operations, we will delete or anonymize minors' personal information, except where otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.
Regarding the potential involvement of personal information of children under the age of 14, such information constitutes sensitive personal information. We further adopt the following measures for protection:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree (for the purposes of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (as amended) or any superseding legislation) that your information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In particular, you agree that, where reference is made here to legitimate interests, service optimization, contract performance, or any other purpose, such consent provided here may be considered an additional basis for processing under Russian law (i.e., that such processing is conducted with your consent). You also agree to the cross-border transfer of your information to any country/region where we have databases, branch offices, or service providers, in particular the People's Republic of China.
